Another great set of the band’s earliest recordings, this compilation collects the A and B sides from the Rough Trade singles along with sessions the group did for Radio 1, Capital Radio and EMI Records. John Peel’s playful introduction to “Fat Fun” is worth the price of admission alone, but, overall, it’s just a real treat to hear some of the band’s best songs done in radically different ways.
